Merge Form Data?

I setup a C5 site for a church in town. They're having a real good time using it!
The administrator noticed that there's two Prayer Requests forms listed under Reports. It looks like the form was deleted and then recreated. There's data for both forms and they don't overlap each other.
She wanted to know if I could merge the older data into the new form's data so they have just one responses screen to look at.
I took a look last night. There appears to be Questions, Answers, QuestionSets, AnswerSets and Forms (tables are called btForm*). I tried a couple of different updates to get the data to fall under one form, but it just seemed to mess the data up. Is the a way to merge questions and answers from one form into another? The link uses the qsID to list the responses, so merely updating the form ID doesn't cut it. Suggestions? Thanks!
