Missing Styles on Initial Load

I have a web page here:
http://www.oldlightson.com/

In the upper right corner there is a stack with the contents:

Call Today!
860.676.2713
Info@OldLightsOn.com

When I first visit the page the styles are missing. See attached first.tiff. If I reload the page or visit another page, the styles load and it looks correct. See second.tiff.

How can I get the styles to load correctly on the initial visit?

When I look at it, whether I refresh or not, it does not have style like on the other pages. Have you tried removing the stack on the homepage and replacing it again to see if it fixes the issue?

I deleted the stack and now when I go to the home page for the first time, I see content in that area when there should be none there. Also, the footer isn't displaying correctly. See attached screen1.tiff.

As soon as I reload the page it looks fine. The header doesn't include the info and the footer displays correctly - screen2.tiff.

I've turned off caching, cleared the C5 cache and cleared my browser cache but the issue still persists.

ok, I can now see how the header and footer change every page load. Sounds to me like a conflict in the area name. Maybe there was another theme in use before, or an area was changed from being an "area" to a "global area" in page types or vice versa. Here is some more info on this...

Thanks. That looks like it's the exact issue.
