Moved host to a VPS for ecommerce site & all hell has broken loose

I've just moved a nice little site over to a VPS because the client thought that it was running a bit slow on the shared host that she was on. Since we moved this afternoon the site has completely broken.

The ecommerce module is killing the rest of the site, it's stopping everything displaying once it gets to the first bit of code that is ecommerce related. Non ecommerce pages display fine.

It's a cloud VPS and I don't have CP access so am doing stuff slowly through their support guys. I thought that it might be a DB issue so I tried to restore the DB through the dashboard but I'm getting this error:

Warning: chmod() [function.chmod]: Operation not permitted in /var/www/html/pennyjellies.com/shop/concrete/controllers/dashboard/system/backup.php on line 115

I'm checking permissions all the way down the path, comparing new location with old location & everything is the same so I don't understand this error.

The dashboard view of ecommerce is totally non styled so thats my next mission. If anyone could shed some light on the whole ecommerce thing too that would be great.

You should probably put in a support request (go to the eCommerce addon's marketplace page and click "Support" in the sidebar).

I've seen the ecommerce tab display a white / non-styled page a couple times in the past when a single product had been corrupted in the DB. Both times we were able to figure out which one was causing the issue with a little detective work, and delete just the offender.

This might not be related at all, though-- but the white eCom page sounded somewhat similar. If you post a thread in Support, along with the environment info, we'll be happy to look into the matter.
