Moving from dev to production, custom templates had to be reset

Hi Guys,
I moved the site today from a dev server, to prod server and changed the config accordingly. Have built about 10 C5 sites now so very experienced in this.
However this time when viewing the new site, it seems like the custom templates we created for the "Content" block all needed to be set again. Not a major issue but anyone else experienced this.
Might be a little unoticed bug somewhere.
