Moving Trial Site to Dream Host

I have successfully moved my site over to Dream Host and everything seems to be working so far. The only glitch is that I am getting an error message at the bottom of my site. Any ideas of how I can fix this? Thanks so much!

it seems all i had to do was to delete my root file /config/site_post_restricted.php
