My client's Concrete5 hosted website is down. How do I contact support?

When we pull up breatheintoawareness.com (hosted on concrete5), it says the site is unavailable and if you're the owner to contact technical support, but when I log into concrete5.org, I don't have connections to any sites and I can't FIND any way to contact technical support.

I tried to go to the IRC site, but it's refusing connections.

Is there a phone number?
