Sure you can, as long as your server allows you to put the files on it and to have a database on it you are good to go.

Thank you. I suppose all I have to do now is install the system, create a web page, and when it asks me to download the files to the server I select my server instead of the concrete-5 server.

You can download the files in multiple ways.

1 is by opening this:http://www.concrete5.org/download_file/-/view/20470/8497/... saving it to your computer/server.
another is by doing a wget on your server like this:
wget http://www.concrete5.org/download_file/-/view/20470/8497/

no matter how small the help on anything you ask in the forum, don't forget to mark the helpfull post as an answer, it might help someone who has the same problem and is looking for a solution :)

I actually came across this post while googling for how to download concrete 5 through wget. Whenever I try to use wget like this, it just downloads an index.html file. Does anyone know how to actually get concrete5 through wget?
