Non usable link showing up on all pages

A few days ago I was trying to post a link on my site. I put the web address up and it showed up on all pages. I thought I deleted that block but it still appears on all pages. When I am on my computer it does not show up. When I am mobile it does and it appears on other computers. When I log in to delete the block, it does not show up. Any suggestions?
I did do that and the link is still appearing. It was a good effort! Anything else I can try?
It appeared on all pages ? So it's probably in a stack or global area.
Maybe check those...
Another possibility...maybe it only doesn't show when you are logged in ? You might have to publish your changes ...
If that doesn't work, can you post a URL to your site ?

Have you cleared your site cache?
