Not able to add template or functionality

I m trying to add a new template but in the back end i m only getting a white page nothing happen. Same problem when I click Add Functionality. Can anyone come up with a solution?

is your site a fresh copy or an upgrade?

Did you clear your site cache?

Yes, cleared the cache and the site is new installation. What amazes me is this is not the first site designed with Concrete 5 but I cannot figure out what s wrong :-(. Would you be able to look into my site s back end to see if there is something wrong?
