Not getting notification emails for my package support pages

Although I am monitoring the support threads for my respective packages I have published I never get any emails when people post.

I do get c5 BETA emails but others do not seem to be coming though.

Nothing in my spam folders.

Can't...it says I haven't bought it.

I downloaded it, but it still won't let me access the support page.
