Only Allow URL to Open via Shadowbox

Does anybody know any tricks I can use to allow a page on my C5 site to only open when viewed via a shadowbox link on another page of my site? For example, I have a contact form that pops up via shadowbox, but I do not want visitors to stumble upon this page when outside of shadowbox. Thanks.
On that pages' attribute settings choose "exclude from nav". This should hide that page fairly well.
right, i knew that, i was just hoping for a more secure way to avoid bots crawling into the url... some kind of a variable passed in via the shadowbox link that unlocks the url or something?
