Opinions needed new at this

Hi,

I recently constructed a website using Concrete5 and would love to hear peoples feedback. The URL ishttp://www.whatisacnc.com I am new to this and would appreciate any help with SEO and the layout of the site.
I would also like to setup a Forum section but need some help getting started, is there something for Concrete5 I can just add to the website?

I don't know a lot about SEO, but there is a discussions add-on for
concrete5 that will work for you:

Try reading over the PDF that Google provides at the link below. It helped me get my bearing of what SEO is and what Google is looking for when they crawl your website.
