Overall Rating

Is there an overall rating system for the contributors? I am new to C5 and want to make sure that I purchase from sound RESPONSIVE contributors. If I have a problem I don't want to wait a week for my answer.

Addons have ratings. Usually they are pretty on. You can also filter addons by "most popular" and "highest rated". (although the logic for highest rated is kinda wonky)

And to add to what Chad already said, if there is a rating then there are comments from other users. That's usually more helpful than just the rating.
