I'd look in your server logs to see if there is some kind of error on that particulalr page load.

However, if I go to your news archive page there are errors showing - it looks like you have a page list of some description in the right-hand side bar.

But, instead of showing the pages / posts you see:

Warning: require_once(/home6/bringyo7/public_html/concrete/helpers/Date.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home6/bringyo7/public_html/concrete/core/libraries/loader.php on line 297


The one thing I notice with this error that seems strange is the upper case D on the file Date.php - do you have an override on this file in public/html/helpers? Sorting this error out may help you with the blank page issue - I'd certainly look into it, resolve it first and see what happens.

Have you been making changes to the site lately. Moved servers etc?

Thanks for responding. No we have not made any changes recently re servers etc nor have we been doing anything differently on the site. I can't see the error message you are referring to can you still see it?

Do you know when your other issue started occurring?

In the early hours of this morning, it was working fine until then which is why it is so puzzling.

strange. I'd log a call with your hosting provider telling them that errors have just started occurring and asking if they've been making any changes to their servers etc.

If you have anyone who does any work for you on the website I'd ask them if they made any changes at all.

The problem is that there aren't many clues. A blank page is being rendered. I've seen this happen when there are parsing errors in a stylesheet but for that to be the case here you'd need

someone to have changed the stylesheet
the website to be using multiple seperate stylesheets for different pages which generally would be quite unusual.

what happens if you visit the news pages via the sitemap when you are logged in?

Thanks, no one has made changes to the site and so I will log a call with the server provider as you suggest. It doesn't load when you try to access it from the Site map either and there is no change to the URL either.
