parking a domain

I've built a site that concrete 5 hosts currently at jazzinc.c5host.com. I bought a domain from godaddy and pointed it there to ns1.c5host.com and ns2.c5host.com. When I tried to park the domain name in my dashboard server support screen, nothing happened. I've been trying repeatedly for two days now, and can't figure out why it's not working. Any insights? Thanks in advance!
