Parking Domains - New User Help

Hi,
I have recently created a quick template for a site:
http://iqaproperty.c5host.com and now have c5 hosting.
However, we already had a site that I now want replaced. This ishttp://www.iqaproperty.co.uk which is hosted on 1and1.
Can anyone give me a step buy step guid on how to transfer this domain to the c5 site through 1and1?

you need to point your domain to c5's name servers
Thanks for that but I'm not sure how to get this to work.
I've tried to park the domain through concrete5 but get the could not locate name servers for..
On 1and1 i have the DNS settings as
Name Server Settings
Other name server:
ns1.c5host.com
ns2.c5host.com
Is there anything else that needs done through 1and1?

there is a place in Dashboard > Server Support where you tell concrete5 what domain you've parked at it as well.. at least there is for folks hosting on our c5host.com setup.
I have tried to park the domainhttp://www.iqaproperty.co.uk on the concrete5 dashboard and it has said domain updated but when going back in it says none are currently parked.
its working now, it takes a few hours for it to update
