passing the buck on ie7/8

okay so not really.. but a GREAT way y'all could help is to push these guys around on the drag-n-drop issues in the latest version of jquery. I can't say /all/ our ie bugs are because of this, but i know a lot of them are, and i'm not really in a position to have my guys fix jquery for them today.

we gotta get this resolved quickly with a 5.3.1 release, and i'd hate the only answer be to roll back to a previous version.

we use jquery - a very commonly accepted javascript behavior library - for a lot of the ajaxy goodness in concrete5.
the bug people are having with the sitemap in 5.3 is due to us using the latest version of jquery.
we're not sure what to do about it.
if THEY fixed THEIR bug, OUR bug would be insto-matically fixed.
meanwhile, we're brainstorming work arounds for 5.3.1

In Opera 9.64 and Firefox 3.08, the drag and drop doesn't work at all in the Sitemap.
In Internet Explorer 8.0.6001.18702 (last version), when I tried to move one all the others move also!
I hope there's gonna be a fast solution, because I cannot do anything at all and I also don't like to return to concrete previous version. Bad JQuery...
