password problem

I cant login to my site as forgot the password.
There is a problem with my password reset page.
The address from the password reset link goes here:http://www.crismaswood.com/~crismaswood/login/concrete/forgot_passw...
This is wrong as it should be:http://www.crismaswood.com/login/concrete/forgot_password...
When I navigate to the correct address and ask for a reset, there is a long wait and then I get an error message.
I have looked at the PHP logs and there is no password reset email.
What should I do now please??

Do you see the password reset email in the Logs table in the database?
The simple answer is no.
I have since found out why the page was including the ~ in the address. it was a redirect added to htaccess file, so got rid of that and it goes to the right page now.
When i ask for password reset the browser icon spins for ages and then gives this error....
