Permissions and Properties
Permalink
Hey all,
Just curious on this, and my apologies if it's posted somewhere else, I just didn't know what to search for w/o the search being long winded.
Let's say I install c5 w/ sample content. It includes the blog, guestbook, etc. I want to reserve those pages for future use, but currently do not need them.
So, if I change the permissions to where only me—the administrator—can view and edit it, do I need to change the properties to exclude it from nav, page list, search index, and sitemap too? Or is that already taken care of b/c of it's permissions setting?
Thanks in advance!

The page list has an option to show links to pages that you don't have
access to, so if that's on - yes. Generally, no tho - permissions
should control what you see.
