Phar Package for concrete5

I've tried to create a phar file for concrete5 and wondered if anyone tried that before. I'm having some issues with includes and not too much time.
If anyone has a bit more experience, drop me a message.
I'm sure a phar file would be nice, especially for those who want to upload concrete5 using FTP. (It takes ages due to the vast number of files)
