php script help? - Customer Manager/Billing

Hi!
I am looking for a php script that I can have on my site that will allow for a customer to login and check their project status and billing.
Once their project is complete I can make an invoice.
Some what of a freelancer kit with a customer login.
I have already searched google but are getting really no where.
Also I would like it to be open source if possible...
