PHPmyadmin, ...dont know how to hook this into my website to access database?

Hi I cant sign into my website as it does not recognise my password or my email address anymore?? I have been recommended to use PHPmyadmin to solve this but I dont know how?
Usually your hosting control panel will provide access to it if MySQL databases are part of the package. I would check in your control panel or contact your host.
I would just go grab Remo's sqlBuddy addon. it's free and does everything phpMyAdmin can do...right in your C5 dashboard.
