I am having issues with pictures on the newest version of c5.
When I rescan a picture I receive this error.

Warning: imagecolorsforindex() [function.imagecolorsforindex]: Color index 255 out of range in /home1/waterfo6/public_html/wmtest/concrete/helpers/image.php on line 78

File sliplayout585.gif has been rescanned

The picture will not display in the original height and width on the website.

i'm not sure why your image is having issues, but you can try just suppressing that warning, putting a @ before the imagecolortransparent on that line, in that file, like:

$trnprt_indx = @imagecolortransparent($im);
