Hi,

I'm most likely doing something stupid but I cant seem to send a message to another forum member. When I send it it says 'message sent' but does not show up in my sent messages. I've tried on loads of different browser and even an old xp machine.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Pyrodigital has tried to send me a pm, and I can confirm it hasn't been received.

is it possible your email settings are set to not allow us to send you an email?
is it possible sendgrid is trapping your mail?
is something else off? I've been sending and receiving PM's quite successfully all day.

I can receive PM from other users and all emails from c5 gets through to me (a bunch per day).

I will also try to send pyrodigital a pm just to see if his settings are off.

Edit: I have no problem sending PM to pyrodigital and it shows up in my 'Sent Messages'. Don't know yet if he gets it. Will get back on this.

My settings all seem fine. Ticked to allow email.

I received a pm from adajad and replied. Also sent a new PM which has now appeared in my sent items as well.

So seems to be working all fine now (if he receives them!).

This problem seems to be resolved as I received an answer on my test PM to pyrodigital (as well as his new message).
