Points related reward system - how can i integrate

I have a points system on my old coldfusion site (www.communiiity.com). I am looking to convert my site to php and possibly using C5 as the CMS.
I see C5 has their own Points/rewards system. Can that be integrated into other site or is there an app for that?
And failing that... if i build my own points system - is that something that could be sold on the site?

Hi Mnkras, I see they have a Karma system for their own users (ie: us) but is that an ADD-ON that can be used on our own sites?
nope.
it might get packaged up into some social networking solution for our marketplace one day, but today its all custom stuff we did for ourselves and isn't very shrinkwrap ready.
