Pretty URL, hosting on Concrete5

When I enabled the pretty URLs, it added a:
RewriteBase /~domain/

to the .htaccess. Now ehn I click on my home page it get:

http://www.domain.com/~domain/

any way to make it just the

http://www.domain.com/

I am concered that search engines amy not like the ~domain

open up the /config/site.php (first turn of pretty urls)

change the lines accordingly,

turn it back on :)

I'm confused, the only lines I have there point to the database

What am I supposed to "change accordingly"?

if you're hosting with us just start a support request through webhosting.concrete5.org

I did contact support and it was resolved within minutes by removing the pretty urls, browsing the site, then turning it back on..

Actaully took me longer to find where to put the ticket in (in the Control panel) that to get an answer..
