Problem with deleting blocks.

Hi Guys
I have a major problem with trying to delete blocks within a C5 site.
I installed C5 as normal, got all green ticks, and uploaded my theme and activated it.
I have placed in some content blocks which was fine. Now when I try to delete one of those blocks it deletes from the preview but when I edit and publish it comes back?!? No matter which type of block it is it will just not delete.
I have tried emptying the cache, reinstalling C5 and adding everything again but it still does it. I also tried using one of the default themes but does it on that too.
I am not using our own server on this one, but using my clients. Would the server have anything to do with this?

Also when I try and move a block... it does not move.
what happens when you de-activate your custom theme
When I use another theme is still has the same problem.
I uploaded everything to my own server and al is OK so there must be something on my clients server thats stopping this.
