Problem with global areas

Not sure if I am in the correct forum or not. I have a header global area that is not working. Not usre if is the theme or not. Checked the script and it is calling for a global area. In stacks that area is listed. Not sure what else to check but whenever an edit is done, it does not populate the other pages.

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.
