Problem with Tomoac form not sending an email to the sender

Hi, I've just installed tomoac on a site and it is all ok and works in the way of submitting the form and sending an email to the admin person that there was a submission but it doesn't send an email to the sender saying "thanks for your enquiry we will get back to you soon etc". Anything I can check or look at?
