Problems tranferring site to a new server

I am trying to transfer our site to a new server and for some reason the images in our content blocks are not transferring. Everything else is working fine, but the images are not displaying on the new server. Does anyone have thoughts on potential solutions?

clear your cache in the dashboard, file paths are cached so I am sure that is what it is.

if you are sure all the files were moved, then yea, clear the cache as scottc said

I have tried clearing the cache several times but that is not doing the trick. Does the cache need to be cleared before transferring the files?
