Problems with Simple Blog

Hi,
I am trying to add some blog posts on my website using simple blog. When I try to add the SBDAddBlog (just like Chad shows in his video), it looks like I don't have this "SBDaddblog."
And from here, I am all lost.
Also, I am hoping to add the latest blog feeds on my homepage. Is that possible?
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
