I am a HUGE amazon fan [shopper] and the "people who bought this also bought", as well as "related items" would be good to have in the product detail view.
Since we're taking some emphasis off support, maybe it shouldn't be the top button in the sidebar list. I also think maybe the way the forums are presented would go a long ways towards weeding out the more mundane support requests. Maybe having a well worded call to action (Have a question about this product, or a feature request?), even on the detail pages, that leads to the forum for that particular add-on would be cool.

You know now that you mention it I see it big as day on line 54.
What about making it a kind of tabbed, unibox solution and routing things on the backend? I attached a screenshot, something like this wouldn't even have to be a modal. It could sit on the page so users get a good idea of what they're doing... just a thought.

Support/Questions & Discussion and Contact Developer need to get rethought
for sure.
