Project Page not showing licenses but licenses assigned. Help!

Hello,

I have two project pages, one is for an older project that I started when I decided to experiment with c5. I liked it so much I moved it into production on a different domain and started another project.

I have been able to download and install free add-ons and themes, but just recently I bought a paid add-on and now I cannot get to it. The licenses area in my transactions section of my profile says that it is assigned to my old project. But when I go to my old project page it doesn't show up there. Also the old project page doesn't have any options to edit the project or remove it. The entire menu on the right side is blank. I'm assuming the free add-ons worked because it wasn't limited to just one site and so it showed up on both.

I have attached screenshots, and would appreciate any advice or help. As it stands now I'm going to have to try and get a refund for the add-on simply because I can't even get to it.

Thanks.

Go to your old project dashboard and make sure your connected to concrete, you should then see your old site in your projects page,

Thanks for the reply! That was the first thing I tried--but it didn't work. I tried it again and now the old project site has 3 different URLs associated with it, but I still do not see any add-ons assigned to it. Or the option to edit the project or assign add-ons to it. I attached a screenshot of the project page where the license says it is assigned. I have even tried it in Chrome, Firefox, and IE, same thing.

This is super odd. I just logged in with your account and went to the project page. I do see the side nav along with the licenses at the bottom... (see attachment)

What browser are you using?
Does it still not look like my attachment for you?

I can confirm that it is working now. :) I did try it in IE, Safari, and Chrome. I'm not sure why it started working now, but it is :) Thanks.
