Project Page Shows Wrong Version For Two Sites

I have two website projects that are both using Concrete5 version 5.4.1.1 but are listed on my Projects Page as using version 5.4.1

One of the Projects has a Stage version of 5.4.1.1but the other does not. How can this be corrected.

The project page just tries to track what it finds out about any
instance you connect to the community with a copy of the same
database. If you ran update by hand or something it might not reflect
the version accurately. Totally not an issue. If you run the
auto-update from your dashboard it should likely update.

This is not really a reply to my own question, but a further question.

Because it is listed as 5.4.1 and a Theme Update that I want to use works with 5.4.1.1, could this be why I cannot update to the new version of the Theme even if the site is really using C5 version 5.4.1.1?
