Published changes only display when logged in

I am working on a new website and the site looks great when I am logged in. However, if I open a different browser and look at the site without logging in, I'm not seeing all of my published updates. I have to republish the page in order to see the changes.
I've cleared the C5 cache and have it turned off. I've attached two screenshots to illustrate my issue. I know I can go in and republish all of my pages but that doesn't identify the problem.
Any thoughts?

Do you have a workflow setup in C5?
We do not use workflows.
However, I'm realizing now that this is a larger issue. For example, the slider on our home page looks fine when logged in. When logged out, all of the slides are displayed on the page, one on top of the other.
An add-on conflict perhaps.
