Been wrestling with a speed issue with a previous version (5.6.0.2) that I'd used for a client. Never occurred to me that it may be the version that was the problem but loaded the new version of C5 on a local host and transferred the client site for testing purposed and . . . WOAH! talk about fast.

The older version was loading pages in eleven to twenty five seconds. I was at the pulling hair out stage as you can imagine. The new version loads the pages in two seconds.

Tomorrow morning I'll put the newer version up and reload the client site.

Really pleased guys, was actually starting to think I should give WP a try, buy no need for that now.
