Bluehost
But they do no allow backup data storage; all the files you put on the server has to be used on your hosted website. The price is very cheap and it's really unlimited. But the support is ambivalent...

Web Hosting Canada
Very professional, good support, the best web hosting in Canada without problems and for a very affordable price. It's the one that I host my website for 2 years now, and no problem to use Concrete5 on their server. Domain name hosting is free...
Go with the Enterprise Hosting Package (500G), 'cause the Pro Package has only 200G upwards a month. If you really want a VPS, just ask them for more infos:

If I was to look just at Shared Hosting, for hosting podcast mp3 files.... what thoughts do people have on dreamhost?

(unlimited diskspace/transfer?)

"Unlimited" stuff is mostly a marketing tool! They just say it to get people.
I used to deal with hostican.com who has the "UNMETERED BANDWIDTH" slogan.
If you look at the FAQ, there are "other" kinds of limitations:
- Number of files
- Can't use it for sharing/download.. etc
- Limited resources
So, just make sure you get what you pay for.

The majority of our sites are now hosted with Steadfast Networks, and I'm very pleased with the service. We've had good results with A Small Orange in the past.
