Referring people to Concrete5

I noticed people getting karma points for referring people and I was wondering how they do that. Is there a referral link or something I can give people? I'm not sure how the "Promotion" category in the leader boards really works.
So I'm assuming that when someone makes an account on concrete5 via our links we officially referred someone?
There's four kinds of referrals:
1. Referred Someone - Earn 25 points if someone clicks on your link and visits site
2. Download Referral - Earn 75 points if someone clicks link and downloads Concrete
3. Referrer Signup - Earn 75 points if someone signs up on Concrete5.org
4. Demo Referral - Earn 100 points if someone creates a demo on Concrete5.org.

However, you'll notice there's a section that's supposed to display your referral URL, but it currently doesn't. Here is what a referral URL should look like:
http://www.concrete5.org/r/-/11911...
Where that last numeric part is your profile ID. This is the last part of your public profile URL. In your case, here is your referral URL:
http://www.concrete5.org/r/-/242991...
