Probably another really dumb question...
I have created my website so that there is an add-on for people to create an account, and only they will have access to certain pages of my website. I have changed my settings to manually approve anyone who tries to register. But I only want to give access to my manually approved registrants, not just general registered users. When I go to set my permissions for viewing the pages, does the term "registered users" literally mean anybody who is registered with Concrete5 at all, or is it just the people who I will manually approve?

Here are some steps you can take to accomplish what you're trying to do:
1. Create a new group and name it whatever you want (eg. "Manually Approved").
2. Assign that group with the permissions of your choice.
3. Use this FREE addon to automatically assign users to the group you just created:
