database creation is an issue?

I never ever had a problem where the customer couldn't create a database.

Most shared hosters don't allow you to create a database on your own using sql (just by using an interface). And if it's a dedicated server I expect the owner to know how to create a database....

Sorry for just complaining! I'm just a bit surprised that this should be an issue..
