Rich Text Editor Dimensions Issue

Has anyone else noticed since 5.4.0.5 that the width for editor dimensions no longer changes the width of the editor?
I've installed this on multiple sites, and still no joy on getting the tinyMCE editor to be wider than 580px.

I installed in on 3 sites, cleared my browser cache, tried on Chrome and IE, still didn't change the width. Now I come back to it days after, and it is the right width.
When you mentioned cache, did you mean browser cache or C5 cache? Would that have caused it?

Probably both. Yes, that could have caused it.
