RSS feed?

Hi, I'm trying to add a "subscribe to our RSS" button on a site. Could anybody point me in the direction of setting up an rss feed?

the RSS Feed Creator makes this easy:http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/rss-feed-manager/...
...and the page list block also comes with an RSS option built in.
