Hi,

I am currently setting up the Blog through concrete5 and was wondering what the RSS feed entails and how important it is for overall SEO?

Would the website that I am working on already be set up on one or is it something I have to maintain and change with each individual blog post?

Hope my details aren't too vague!

I dont think it improves SEO per se. Pro Blog may be different with its structure.
You dont have to maintain it, it will automatically update with your posts as they occur.
