SagePay confirmation email problems

Hi,
SagePay UK is working great for me, except one small problem... the confirmation email that comes through doesn't list the products that have been purchased.
On my customers old site, it did.
So it looks like the basket isn't communicating with Sagepay the exact details of the basket (only the cost).
I am not a programmer, so was wondering if anyone knew how I might be able to fix this?
