Sales Export Data
Permalink
Hi,
We have recently started using Concrete5 and are having a few difficulties with the e-commerce sales data export and getting it into a workable format without having to create macros. Has anyone found a solution to the below?
1. Columns E, F and G have the text “” in front of the digits.
a. Issue – unable to sum columns
2. Column G has text in front of the digits.
a. Issue – unable to sum column
3. Columns E, F and G have totals for every line. This means that when 1 order has multiple lines (products), the sum of this column is meaningless.
a. Issue – unable to sum column
4. Filter on Concrete 5 appears correctly on screen, but the csv extract does not take the filter into account.
a. Issue – date not as per export request
5. Ideally, I would want to see a) order total and b) product total for each line ie AD*EE
The upshot is that we want to be able to easily analyse sales by SKU, and then total postage.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
