Search functionality is not working

Hello All,

I am getting "No page could be found at this address" error when i am searching anything from my search field.

And the request URL is /index.php/search-results/?query=free&submit=Search

Can any one help me regarding the search.

Did you create a page in your sitemap called Search Results, with the slug search-results?

I am new in concrete ,No created any page can you please suggest me where I have to create that page, with procedure of creating a new page.
