2. go to google.com/webmasters get an account and activate your site
3. generate your sitemap with concrete5
4. submit your sitemap to google.com/webmasters
if google does get a link to your site then it will probably not get indexed.
There are many things to do from SEO to indexing and making sure you have your site indexed by many other search engines.
I would also suggest you enter it onhttp://www.dmoz.org/ too.
