seeing http://www.domain.com/?no_redirect=true in google search

I am seeing this urlwww.www.domain.com/?no_redirect=true... with same content of root domain so it is drawing duplicate content.i have done all from my end by this is not removing from search.another thing the main keyword is ranked for this url. i have set parameter in google webmaster but no effect.please help i am new in development but i have ranked my domain in few days but this duplicate url is ugly and makes me suffer.
