Seeking HTML5 Audio Player with Playlists from sets and OGG fallback

Hi Everyone,
I'm looking for an HTML5 Audio Player that will play MP3s from file sets and has OGG fallback.
I don't think that any of the current addons does this but I'm hoping I've overlooked something. Several addons don't have viable demos so it is not easy to tell.
The reason for needing this is so that my users can upload their own music files into a set. I'll be using JTFs excellent front end uploader or front end file manager for them to do that.
Regardless of that, I can't find an addon that would let the site Admin publish an MP3 playlist from a set with OGG fallback either.
Anyone know of one?
