Sending Logged in Users to Page without Showing Login Block

I've looked through the forums but haven't been able to find a post specific to this question. Is there a way to display the login block to people who haven't logged in but for those who are logged in to display a content block? I've seen something like this in an add-on and I'm guessing it is already built into C5 but I haven't been able to figure out how to do it yet.
